Can you make colour-printed cartons for 43-inch and 55-inch TVs?+
Yes. We can produce colour-printed corrugated cartons for 43-inch and 55-inch televisions. Screen size does not determine carton dimensions. Share the TV model, overall dimensions, weight, stand and insert arrangement; board, artwork, quantity, price and delivery are confirmed for the order.
Does every large appliance need a wooden pallet?+
No. Wooden pallets, paper bases or other support should be reviewed against packed weight, centre of gravity, forklift handling and the export route.
Is five-ply corrugated board enough?+
Ply count alone is not enough. Paper combination, flute, structure, load direction, stacking environment and route all require engineering review.
How are glass doors and screens protected?+
First identify no-pressure zones, then review corner protection, cushioning, clearance and carton restraint. Confirm with a physical sample and relevant transit testing.
What should I provide for an export shipment?+
Share destination, transport mode, container and pallet requirements, handling frequency and the buyer's acceptance standard.
How are MOQ, sampling and lead time confirmed?+
