YOUR ENQUIRY STARTING POINT

Not sure yet — let’s discuss

Product first. Packaging next.

Share the product, estimated order quantity and destination. Any dimensions or reference photos will help.

You can leave a message while we are offline. Add contact details so our team can follow up.

02 / SHARE WHAT YOU KNOW

A few details go a long way.

Dimensions or artwork still in progress? Start with your product and contact details. We can discuss the rest together.

  1. Your product

A name, photo or existing pack. For a set, tell us what goes into each box.

  2. Size & weight

Product dimensions, units per carton and packed weight. Include any cushioning needs.

  3. Quantity & destination

Estimated order quantity, delivery country and city, plus any target arrival date.

  4. Your print direction

Flexo or colour print, a logo, artwork or a reference you like. An idea is a useful start.

03 / FROM ENQUIRY TO PRODUCTION

Clear decisions at every step.

  1. Discuss the need

Review your product, packaging purpose and transit conditions.

  2. Confirm a solution & quote

Agree on board, structure, printing, quantity and delivery terms.

  3. Agree on sampling

Where samples are needed, confirm their specification, cost and schedule first.

  4. Produce to the agreed order

Arrange production and delivery against the approved specifications and order terms.

What is the minimum order and lead time?

Order quantity, pricing, sample costs and timing, production and shipping are reviewed for your dimensions, board, print requirements and destination. Share your approximate requirements first.

Can you make exactly what is in the showroom?

Showroom images are packaging concepts. Product fit, loading, partitions and print conditions need review for your actual goods. For food, tell us whether it is already sealed; direct food-contact material requirements need separate confirmation.
